Cloudflare Tunnel

Cloudflare Tunnel creates a secure, outbound-only connection between your server or application and Cloudflare. This Tunnel is being powered by a daemon called cloudflared which you can easily install on your server.

Cloudflare Tunnel can also be used in combination with other Cloudflare solutions and features, such as Cloudflare Access.

The YAML configuration file allows you to have fine-grained control over how the Tunnel will operate.

Additionally, the ingress rules allow you to specify which local services a request should be proxied to.

non-HTTP applications

cloudflared supports a variaty of protocols, including HTTP, SSH, RDP, arbitrary TCP services, and Unix sockets.

Split Tunneling

Configure Cloudflare Zero Trust to exclude or include traffic to a given set of IP addresses or domains. Any traffic directed to an excluded destination will be handled by the local machine.
